Intuitive Calendar Management

With CalgooPublish, you do not need to learn new software, your interface is simply an electronic calendar. You place your events with a description into a calendar, provide a description and these events are synchronized to your subscribers' calendars. Like the electronic calendars you know, CalgooPublish supports the event parameters such as start, end, recurrence, location, etc.

In addition, the management console allows you to define custom extensions. For example, you can add custom headers and/or footers to each calendar event such as a signature, a default link to your web site or a short description of promotions and sales.

Automatic Calendar Updates

The calendars you provide to your users via CalgooPublish are synchronized whenever you add, modify or remove events. Outdated events (e.g. promotions from last week) are removed - saving your subscribers bandwidth and calendar real estate.

Social Network and Blog Support

CalgooPublish now supports twitter, Facebook (including Facebook pages) and blogger. This means your events will be published on these services once they are due, automatically and without extra actions required from you. Management Console

Manage all of your campaigns from a single location. The CalgooPublish Management Console gives you instant access to all the relevant information and settings of your marketing calendar. Reporting

CalgooPublish includes a powerful reporting module keeping you informed about the success of your campaign. You can monitor details about subscribers and clicks for each day your campaign runs and download the reports to view them in MS Excel.

Automatic content adaptation

You define the content once and CalgooPublish delivers it to your customers in a way that is optimized for each of the target platforms (calendar clients, social networks and blogs). Different calendar clients have different capabilities and ways of representing content. You define the content once and CalgooPublish will automatically optimize for the best presentation in the different calendar clients and social networks. CalgooPublish is even capable of displaying content that cannot be entered using the native calendars user interface, such as links.

Built-in URL Shortener

CalgooPublish includes its own short link service that shortens URLs for improved display and character usage. Any links found in events descriptions are automatically shortened so you can make optimal use of the available space. This is particularly useful for services like twitter with limited amount of characters.

Electronic Calendar Support

CalgooPublish works with all electronic calendars supporting the iCalendar standard. This includes MS Outlook, Apple iCal, iPhone, Google Calendar, Windows Live Calendar, Yahoo!
